Intrusive booking form.
Why would a hobbyist want to jump through your hoops to ask a simple question that may not be on your website?
If guys want to submit to your screening to book an appointment, that is one thing.
To get a personal "feel" of a prospective session, one should not have to give you their personal info for your storage.

Because I prefer to know who
I am addressing. No one puts any
board ID not a name or a intro.
It's really all about safety I
am sure that you can appreciate that.

I know you're big on safety but the man does have a point for a question he has to fill out the form or you don't answer is a little extreme but it is your site and your choice on how to handle it.
Sometimes listening to these guys you can learn better ways of business.
just saying...

maybe you need a less intrusive "question" form besides a booking form

You could add a spot on your submission form for us to ask question or write a note. Shouldn't be too hard and both needs are met!  Cheers

Yes he has a point however what I am expressing
is that when someone emails me and they won't even
tell me who they are you know... Hi! My name is
XYZ  I saw your reviews on TER my board ID is ABC
this helps me especially with the latest I am big
on safety and I don't think asking for a little
brief intro is asking too much.

I tend to disregard site booking forms...for a couple reasons.  Usually when I first contact a lady it is to introduce myself and indicate what dates I will be traveling to her city. I tend to inquire if there would be a paticular evening and time that would be convenient for her.  Rather than list several references, I include my Date-Check ID and make reference to my TER Board history [ of course I include my board name] and suggest my 14 TER White List Referrals would probably be the easiest and best references...always willing to send a few more if required...I include a little info about me...where I am from...age range...personality stuff etc....Really enough info for a lady to get a feel as to who I am...and plenty of info to assure anyone I am legit and safe. It is rare that I do not receive a positive response from everyone I contact. Often the lady expresses appreciation for my contact.  What I can not give out is employment info...can not due to the nature of my work. I live in DC...If anyone ever calls for me....they are automatically back-checked...a record is kept. You don't want that...neither do I.  But...that would be impossible to communicate through your site form as leaving employment info blank would likely prevent the send function to work.   SoOooooo, I guess our paths would never cross.  BTW...it is too bad about the nonsensical emails...but I suspect that is simply part of the biz...too bad dudes want to kinda get to know you a little bit before locking in that appt...Some guys are just weird like that.  But, it ain't the end of the world!!

I'd never fill out an intrusive contact form (regardless of reviews) without having some form of contact with the provider first. Having good reviews is great but it doesn't say anything about what she does with the personal info. I know many providers save our info in one form or another. I also know a few providers who I've seen many times that still request my phone number on each visit. Good girls :-)

I agree that having a place on the contact form to ask questions prior to revealing other information would be helpful. I understand not wanting to deal with tons of emails that don't go anywhere but there has to be a way to ask a provider questions first. If not by email, then by PM or on the form.

While I am not a big fan of booking forms, I have no problem completing them if I am interested in the lady.  If e-mailing a person, I will let them know that I am RS2K registered and can call them if they would like.  I do prefer e-mail contact, but using the lady's form is respecting their desires.  If I have a problem with that person's form, I will let them know, including the reason for the problem.

I would reply to you because you at least know
hoe ot say who you are . My post is with attention on men who send me one liners. How much . Can I see pics. Send password. He can be psych for all I know but you I would not dismiss because you adddress who you are . Check what I posted I was complaining because guys email an dthey dont say anything about who they are no board ID no membership no references. It's alright to get to know me we have inbox email here for that. I'm not saying that an email from someone will not be answered but the ones with the one liners are hardly an introduction. You understand right?

:)

A) Most ladies use email for bookings. I'd say a booking form being mandatory for initial correspondence is going against the grain of what everyone is used to doing.

B) What everyone else said...... I'm not ponying up my personal info until I know I'm ready to set an appt. I'm concerned about safety too, namely mine.

C) Reading the examples you posted, ine could easily conclude the senders were zipperheads , why not just ignore those emails?

D) Create a standard email reply template (gmail calls them "canned responses" that just explains how you prefer to communicate with a link to your web site form. Takes 2 seconds to send that reply.

If a guy emails me with many references
date-check , rs2k , provider references I'm most
likely going to check them before I reply.
But for the most part why do so many guys
NEVER say who they are?

Any email should begin with a greeting. I rarely repsond to emails that simply ask "What do I get?"

"What time can we meet?" or "Where u be Shorty? I wanna hit dat.. . " LOL

BUT WAIT. . . THERE'S MORE!!!

How about. . .

"I am a really picky jackass. I want this, that, Cirque de Soleil performance and a specific outfit. (All with absolutely NO notice.) Do you offer 15 minutes?  I have a really tight schedule. Can you also do 2 cups in 12 minutes? And I have references. Although I don't have their info attached. Because I expect you to be part sleuth/psychic and track them down. Because I say so makes it so. BUT!!! There was this one time with a Red head in band camp. But I am really discreet so I can't give you anything more specific." Um. . . *gasp* SIGN ME UP!!!

No intro. No hello. Just cold limp questions.

I get a good feeling from a guy that goes out of his way to personalize, intoduce himself (even if it's just a TER ID) and flirt.

The drive by emails sound too impersonal, too business like. . . I don't screen before I  answer questions. YET. . .  I can tell a LOT by a guys email.
It either says to me  "This seems like a genuine guy who turns me on. I wanna see where this goes."

Or,  "This guy is seems like a jackhole time waster in  his email,  so I DEFINITELY don't want to see him in person."

Remember: "No Shirt. No shoes. No Service."?

No finesse? No introduction? No SOUP FOR YOU!!! LOL

Wondering what I do with information the
answer is DELETE it. You have no idea
how many times I ask a man not only what
his name is but number too. Thank you though
for your concern but it was a week of
one liner emails with no proper intro. Kinda
rude IMO so I will be making some minor changes
to my site.

"Deleted your info, please resubmit" is a term I like :-)

Ignore the one-liner, rude, whacko emails. Put up a Q&A form and that should make everyone on both sides happy :-)
