The tats look like they match to me. Its just some of the photos are flipped or mirrored. You can make a mirrored version of any photo in many of the newer android phones photo gallery's pic editor program. .sorta like how u can flip a photo to face any direction (for example it u took a pic upside down) Except this mirror feature basically just takes the photo and whats orginally on the left side of your photo will now be the right side it and vice versa. So if you took a selfie of your face and you normally see your hair parted to the left in your pictures and you see your freckle above your lip on the right side of the photos your in .... well in the mirrored editting option your hair will be parted to the right in the pic now &your freckle will now be above your left lip .  
   
 What I noticed in her pics were all the tats were consistent. She may use that app or just take some photos in the mirror and some taken of her or taken by her without help of the mirror.  
 For example  look at her fish tat under right breast in first photo..well keep following the fish in each photo ..In her first photo it was under her right breast..2nd photo same fish under her left abreast in the same swimsuit with same surrounding tats.. 3rd photo under left breast again ..4th n/a(only one of her backside.) 5th under left breast 6th its under right breast ... I also want to note that I paid close attention to the surrounding tattoos and with every photo they all seemed to match identical to each other in my opinion.  
   
 HOWEVER , Other then just looking at the photos I have not done any further research like it sounds like you might have being that you found these photos on an ad in new york. So im not saying that her ad is false or if its real because I haven't tried to determine that. Did her name and number in New York match to this ad in the link you provided for chicago?
