Woo Lae Oak is a Korean BBQ. Nice atmosphere, good food good service, right at the Schaumburg border. Sam and Harry's is also pretty good, but a little pretentious for a Schaumburg restaurant.
Rich Melman has been doing his thing for decades and has a group of restaurants that are "good". I thnk if you are truly looking for circuses, you have to come downtown. Everest is a Melman restaurant and its quite nice.
Try out: Texas de Brazil, Woodfield Shopping Center (you know them rite!) Maggiano's Little Italy, 1901 E Woodfield Rd (Italian) Big Bowl, 1950 E Higgins Rd (Asian Fusion) Finn McCools, 1941 E Algonquin Rd (Irish Pub)

I'm not trying to start a "best Chicago pizza" discussion, but a better deep dish pizza in Schaumburg would be Lou Malnati's. To experience Uno's (or Due's, my favorite) one needs to go to the original downtown Chicago location. The suburban Unos are franchise restaurants and just not the same pizza as you'll get downtown.
Another good place is Brazil Express (Churrasco Grill) 1045 S Roselle Rd Schaumburg, IL 60193 224-353-6315 It is an awesome place to eat - google brazilexpressgrill to see more about it
