Thoughts on best institutions for the money in the Rockford area?  Anyone with good experiences?  Worth trip?

In Belvidere (about 5-8 miles east of Rockford on RT 20, State street)there are two places, the Excutive Relaxation Station, and Cest'la vie ( sp? ). These are great places..YMMV..

In Rockford, I heard the Golden Touch is pretty good, I don't know first hand..
