I keep reading about AMPs but never have tried one.  Would like to.  Is there a standard protocol for getting to that smile-on-your-face place?  Any advice on proper modes of paying and tipping, and do I get to choose a therapist (and if not how do I go about asking for a young gorgeous one)?  Any other matters anyone might suggest to avoid blowing it my first visit?  Any tips on where to go in Chicago NW or northern suburbs?

I rarely post, but I'm a veteran of EMP's & AMP's.  I also prefer massage with french over FS.  With respect to the AMP's, be respectful but a little flirtatious.  You have to lightly stroke their bodies during your session to let them know your not LE.  Also, compliment them on their asthetics or lack there of (smile).  Rarely can you choose who you see in advance, once you been there, if it's a girl you like, you can ask by name the next time.  As with AMP's & EMP's, it's a matter of frequency and trust between you and the masseuse.  Hope that helps.

Sorry QP4, I work alone.  However, there are several EMP's & AMP's on Dempster Ave in Skokie and Evanston.  Also, some very good AMP's in Rockford.  Check the Reader or smartpages.com.

Yeah, kind of figured you'd not want company.  Great idea though - like a mentor.  Sure would make my AMP initiation easier.  Ahh well.  Kind of surprised to see close-in Skokie and Evanston locations.  Are they as good as Rockford?  Any particulars would be appreciated.  I know we're all leaning on you a bit, but I think TER members just generally are kind of ignorant when it comes to AMPs.

i went to my first AMP in Arlington Hts. today.  OK, but a little disappointed as "extra" services weren't offered and being a nubie, i didn't have the nerve to ask.  perhaps i should have.
