From the 80s.  You visit the Chicago board which is filled with posts (ads) from local and travelling ladies, some of which certainly fit your requirements.

Then there is the search feature on the review board that allows you to plug in your specific desires.

You can read the reviews of the ladies who catch your fancy AND THEN, if you are having a difficult time narrowing it down, ask for help from the gents on this board.

I am not, in any way, trying to be insulting, but rather trying to point you in the right direction.  You will get a lot more help if you do some of the legwork.

If you read this board, you will see that the Chicago guys are more likely to help if you use the website tools.  

Also, the fact that you mention that your experiences in the US have not been to your liking, and your reviews will prove this out, you should be very specific when using the search feature to ensure you narrow it down to ladies you are most likely to have a good experience with by making sure they provide what you are looking for.
