Is there any reason a Provider that has been around a while with average reviews would change their phone numbers?

if is a google or a set now numbers, if not used for I think 30 days expired and they get recycled. Also stalkers, change of contract, etc. Many reasons why, doesnt mean is a bad thing.

Usually stalkers. Or email fills up or phone plan won't switch number to new company. That is why I changed mine once. And my emails always run out of storage.
