I have several emails address that I manage for Wet&Wild.  

I have gotten a lot of emails from a "provider" asking to verify a client. but don't give the exact phone number or email. just says starts with this area code and the email is something like this. But she does supply a photo of the client.  

Everytime I ask for exact info, there is no reply and then I get the exact same email from her to another email acct.  It's looking a bit suspicious to me.  

I don't feel like this is legit. maybe the wife or gf is behind this…  

 Anyways..just a heads up to other providers out there..  Make sure you get the proper info and not just a picture to verify.
