Setup appt with provider out near Elgin.  Arrived and called at appointed time, no answer.  Called several times after and finally left.  Fortunately that wasn't out of my way but if someone drove all the way out there from Chicago that wouldn't be fun.  This would have been my second visit with her - the first visit went very well.  So much for repeat clients.

But an emergency could have come up.  Before you count her out, and make a judgement call, you may want to wait and see if she contacts you with a good explanation within a reasonable amount of time.
