I've been gone for three whole months and I've really missed the community!  I never thought it was that important to stay abreast (abreast TEE-hee!) Of the community's topics, banter and all the other fun stuff until I took my vacation time a little too far.

So I hope I can just join in on all I've been missing!

Oh my God it probably was me! I was wearing shorts and sandals at O'Hare today cuz I just got back from Vegas!  YOU SHOULD HAVE COME TALK TO ME!!!!!!

I love when I hear about random run ins with providers and hobbiests.  It's only happened to me a couple of times and I only approached once (with some funny results).  I'm not sure I would have walked up to a hot girl at O'Hare who was wearing shorts in a Spring Winter to inquire about their status, since I'm guessing it would backfire more than hit, but I'd be curious to know how many readers have had this happen to them and what they did (providers and hobbiests alike).  Perhaps a new thread should be started..
