If s not a law yet but the president had 10 days to sign it to make it law. If he does not or vetos it, then goes back to congress and the can overturn with another vote.

Potential clients biggest losers

Pre-screened and regular clients of agencies and indies have less to lose because they're accessible via email for avails, scheduling, specials. Photos of new and current talent are easily uploaded to Dropbox and other sharing sites -- links to clients. Of course this will also have an impact on providers to bring in new clients via ads and social media.

But unverified, unscreened potential hobbyists are going to have the toughest time finding...um...entertainment online. So it's back to the streets, eh? Lots of luck to everyone affected by this travesty.
