Really, they are. We've made some suggestion for additions like these and they implemented them. Could this be a new TER?

It's moronic that you can't give someone a rating higher than a certain point just because they don't offer anal or something like that. I don't even like anal. And the profile info tells what they offer already.

I agree that it seems they are finally listening, which is great. I think there are still more that could be added too. Like someone said ass. What about one for the state of the incall, clean, messy, smoky, etc. And one that says would you see her again- yes, no. Because I know that a lot of guys say it in the general part, but I think it'd be nice to have it on the form part.

There's an option for both gives and receives, as in "yes-both gives and receives".
