Staying at a 5 Star on the south end of the Magnificient Mile. I'm a soCal boy and I won't be used to that Windy City chill. Any recommendations on who should keep me warm?

Can someone explain to me why a provider uses TER as a marketing vehicle but refuses reviews and fails to put people in contact with any prominent hobbyists that have seen her?

Why would anyone see this person?
