I've been thinking about adding it to my menu for a while now, I offer it if asked, but should I just put it out there? Are any guys actually interested in something like this?

This comes up on the board pretty regularly as a request from hobbyists so it would certainly be a service worth offering, but in reality it probably doesn't happen very often. Personally I've always been curious about doing it but logistics make it a little overwhelming. Problems include:
- Finding a provider who is willing and into it  
- Harder than finding the F is finding the 2 Ms. Given the secrecy of this endeavor it's hard to find a buddy who is up for it. ("Meeting my ATF tonight, want to ride along?")  
- The other option is pairing a couple of anonymous men, which can be pretty intimidating for the guys. ("What if he doesn't think I'm pretty?")
- Finding a time all 3 can meet.  
- And then there's all the minor stuff like fee structure, timing, positions, penis envy, etc.

It's 100/hh for them, or 150/H.  The will allow a man to go down on them, and that's pretty much all they will do, which is mostly what heterosexual clients are interested in, or they want to do "clean up", lick cum off of my body or take it straight in the mouth.

Pro male is definitely the way to make this happen BUT here's the thing.  I just can't bring myself to pay a guy to do it with someone that I have to pay to do. In a perfect world we would go dutch and each pay for the time (at a higher than normal rate, of course, to account for additional wear and tear). I could also see paying the normal fare and having a good friend of yours join in for free.

How about a volunteer coming in for a spitroasting (oral and vaginal at the same time) or a DP (if paying the additional anal fee)?  Do volunteers mind participation as long as there is no contact between guys?

That's the thing, it is my real life SO so I never have  problem with arranging anything.  However the main concern I have is what others have stated, which is the basically the happiness of the client.  I am trying to think of a way to arrange it so all members are comfortable.  I would never hire another random guy to do it when I have a perfect hot guy that has no problem with my lifestyle and is willing to put on a show.  (we are a real life voyeur/swinger couple) But I also don't want to put it out there and creep people out.  I don't just go around offering anything to anyone, and I don't meet with everyone that requests to see me.  Even though I am also a BDSM provider I have recently been getting cuckold requests, which I love, because the sessions are fun! I have to agree with Mr. Servente.  The few MFM's I have done were most memorable for being so hot.  They were excellent because the woman was the center of our attention, which they really liked, and consequently, they were relaxed, natural and uninhibited.  Plus, I met some guys who became hobby, and occasionally social, friends who I could share experiences with in a relaxed atmosphere.  The best sex I ever had was a MFM with my ATF.  Not only was she was excited and turned on by the entire scene,  I got to have some of the best sex with a her and watch her pleasured by another man which I found to be a huge turn on.
