I just saw a providers listing that had three different services: GFE, GFE + Greek and PSE + Greek. Each was $100 more than the last.

Can anyone fill me in on what PSE would be, and why I should pop $200 more for it? Thought I knew, but now I'm confused.

Each provider is unique... services offered vary widely and terms for GFE/PSE etc etc are used pretty loosly... I have found that you are better off not paying attention to what someone says in a review about the terminology... "Girl Friend Experience" - "Porn Star Experience"... all mean different things to each individual.
I try to just make decisions based upon experience, previous reviews etc... you have to make your own choice, if you think you prefer a "Porn Star Experience" then try it... but the label is often differenct from actual experience... like all things, some better, some worse.
If you check the reviews carefully, do your footwork, you will be fine not matter which provider you choose....bear in mind though that your session experience will probably rely more upon how you treat your partner more than anything else...

sgandolfs said it very well above.  It's all about addressing expections before the action starts which means doing your homework.

To add a few things from my experience, PSE is suppose to be a wilder experience.  Something you would expect to see in a porno movie.  Less talk and more action.  

GFE is more kissing, date-like, talking, getting to know each other.  

I have had experiences with women that started GFE then the cloths came off and it was wild PSE, then wrapped up GFE again.  Two of my favorites Jade Jadore and Sara Jay both fall into this category.  Both have done adult work and the experience shows. And they are two of the sweetest girls you will ever meet.
