A few months ago I had an appointment with a highly rated provider who ended up canceling on me with less than 30 minutes notice after having an appointment scheduled two weeks in advance. She said she would make it up to me and so I scheduled another appointment (on my birthday) again with two weekss advanced notice. She overslept and canceled with about 10  minutes notice. She said she would make it up to me by offering me half off her rate for another appointment.

When I emailed her to give her one last chance for a third try, she said she was very grateful for the opportunity (she should be). Then when I asked her to confirm she would still offer half off her rate to make it up to me, she never responded to me again. Is it acceptable to name this provider so people know what an inconsiderate person she is? Or since we never met, is that not kosher?

Given the details, I would think most of us would like to be aware of this provider.

i doubt if this lady is 'highly rated'..she wont be if she pulls this off..i am surprised you even gave her a third chance..one cancellation is usually enough for me..two if they are 'highly rated'..three..no way in hell..

for whatever reason this wasnt meant to be.  Sorry for you as all of my "interactions" with Ashley Marie have been nothing but prompt, courteous and professional, not to mention REALLY fun.

Since Ashley reported that her email was recently hacked and compromised, perhaps this could be the problem?  

A point to consider  I have not heard of anyone  else having any problems with her.

there are two sides to every story..there is more here than meets the eye..however i feel this board should not be he place to spill bad blood..PM each other..get it resolved..feuding publicly only makes the situation worse than it already is..just my 2$..

I doubt her being hacked would come into play here.  But, she did retire from the hobby for a week or two.  Maybe those plans were effected by that?  But I wouldn't doubt this guys credibility too much...why would someone go too far out of their way to complain about a NCNS?

This entire story is sad. A provider with stellar reviews and a hobbyist who is creditable tangle. I have had two similar encounters over the years one in Vegas the other LA. People are people and things can go wrong. How many chances do you give someone? Only these two individual know the real truth and obviously they will never "hook up". The real truth probably half way in between what has been presented. This tarnishes both in my mind. That is unfortunate. I agree that this needed to be brought to our attention.

Pfrink is not alone. I had a similar experience with her. Be careful.

This second complaint voiced by montusis speaks volumes toward a less than stellar provider in regards to being civil towards hobbyists. We all have our bad days.....the trend here is not good but I am sure this serves as a waring shot to this provider. A third strike would not benefit her in the eyes of the hobbyist both in Chicago and nationwide. I believe she will rise above this and regain her position as one of Chicago's best.

You just stated that no such correspondence exist, so why worry about him sending anything out.

In my experience some highly rated provider begin to feel entitled.  When they are popular they often begin to act as if you should be happy you were even allowed to schedule with them

One Friday a few months's ago I was left standing on her front porch NCNS, also.  She did say she would make it up by charging an hour for an hour and a half, but we were not able to get together before her retirement and I have emailed her since she has been back; but no response.

Had a great time with Sienna of Seattle and her friend Ashlyn, so I have moved on to other things.  

Too bad though, Ashley is HoT.

Sorry, but you guys need to stop being, so nice & share your lack of service with the other true TER gents!

i believe she said no RECENT emails exist.  her subsequent comments were related to willingness to share their correspondence.  im just saying......

If they never spoke she has nothing to worry about, but keep up the white night act.  Because we need more hobbyist running to Protect these ladies.

Some high dollar, really hot providers pull this BS and they do so knowing they can and will get away with it.  I've had the same thing happen with another well known, well reviewed and by all accounts great Chicago provider; I will never make the attempt to see her again (or Ashley now for that matter).  I don't doubt the great reviews and I don't doubt that these women all have great reputations among many hobbiests.  However, the sense of entitlement and disregard for those they choose to inconvenience will lead me to look elsewhere.  Unfortunately, these types of events are part of the hobby as the hobby consists of somewhat normal people; and sometimes normal people act like a-holes.

Based on what? Anecdotal evidence? That's entirely debatable. This situation should be judged strictly on it's merits. Neither should it be judged based on some unsupported claims that paint an entire class of people unjustly based on what one or more of that group are purported to have done, nor should it be automatically and uncritically used as "proof" of same.
