Go see a Bayern Munich game....

You have to see King Ludwig's Castle. It's the one that the castles at Disney Land/World were modeled after. In the old downtown are the beer halls. The most famous and argueably the most famous is the Hofbrau Haus.

Can't help much with the hobby stuff, except that prostitution is legal in Germany, and the houses are a side show unto themselves. Almost like Amsterdam, but you have to go inside.

Bavarian food is great, but very heavy. Have a ball while you're there.

Munich is a lame overpriced tourist trap.   I love Germany, but Munich?  Blah.  Munich is apparently a great place to live (albeit expensive compared to the rest of Germany), but in my opinion a relatively lame place to visit.

I had a great time at the circus in Munich, though.  Munich is home to Circus Krone.  Skip the stupid Bavarian beer gardens with their drunk tourists in lederhosen and Dirndls, let out your inner kid, and see the circus Krone.  Then leave town.  Take a train to Austria.  Or North to Berlin or Poland.  

And dear god if you are even thinking about visiting for Oktoberfest, shoot yourself now.

There's a thread in the General board on German "fkk" clubs.  "fkk" is short for "nudist" or naturalist (as in nude beach), but in this context, it's a big spa/health club/bordello.  Generally, guys pay 80 euros to get access to the club facilities and food, and they then pay usually 50 euros for a hh session with a girl of their choice.  You can stay all day there for the entrance fee.

Some cater to couples, but I'm not sure about single women entering alone...would be competItion for the "employees"!

Unless they are looking for a job.  And then the screening is like for any other job.  And until they are seriously up for the job, they are not allowed through the customer service areas.
