Reading through reviews I have only heard good things about Pam and her girls; however every phone number that I try there is no answer. Is there anyway to get in contact with her to set up an appointment?

Pam and her girls have been discussed ad nauseam.  Learn how to use the search functionality for the discussion boards.  Just go with a provider advertising on RS2K or P411.

and it may be dated as I have not been keeping up to date with the hobby after I found an ATF lady.

I understand Pam is not taking in any new clients. I used her service a few years back and the ladies are awesome.  

She still advertises to let her existing clients know about the new girls that come to town

Pam will only accept new clients if you are recommended by an existing client.  That's how she accepted me a few months ago....through the recommendation of another client.
