I have been to the famous "sauna clubs" in Germany and some "spas" in Mexico city as well.
Both have a cover charge that inckudes use of the ammenities such as sauna,steam room, lounge area, bar etc....
And they have a good selection of girls that offer a servise for 30 min to an hour.
Wondering if anybody knows of something similar here in Chicago.

doesn't have anything like that, that's legal like it is in much of Europe (I've been in 3 FKKs in Germany and Switz). The closest legal facility in the U.S. would be in Nevada.
