This happens in every city I visit. It's ridiculous! You get all horned up then nothing. I think they keep calling ladies until they find one in their price range. Or they text several and then the one they really want answers back so they ghost the ones who they set up with.
There just enough bad apples in the provider world that NCNS is a known problem. Maybe a provider didn't like the hobbyist's demographics. Maybe she got a longer appointment (read: more $$) after the original one was scheduled. Maybe simply just didn't feel like showing up.
So, the hobbyists, being only human, feel compelled to have "backup appointments" ready, in case the original one NCNS's on them. It helps them have a willing lady that day. But then, they end up doing the NCNS'ing themselves, specifically on the providers they're not meeting that day. After all, you can't be in two places at once. In the end, the more NCNS'ing happens on the providers' part, the more NCNS'ing the hobbyists end up doing as a defense measure. Hence, the vicious cycle.
What about those guys that go to the provider? Not outcalls. They do ncns A lot. I know some ladies have started double booking because of this especially if on tour. I can understand why some providers ask for a deposit while on tour since once that time slot is gone it can't be made up. But what is the purpose of a guy making an appointment getting the address and then ghosting? Some have things that come up and at least let you know.
I was referring to multiple-booking incalls, not outcalls. (Simply due to projecting, since I never did an outcall in my entire hobby career.) "But why still NCNS?" Let's say a hobbyist learns the address, and it's unreachable by transit, and he doesn't drive, or doesn't wish to drive so his car isn't spotted in the wrong place. And he can't Uber, either, because it'll either be $100+ or his wife might see it on the credit card statement. So what options is he left with? Obviously, the right thing to do would be to email you and tell the truth, but many men are gun-shy about doing that, for whatever reason.
I know I'm playing devil's advocate here, but I'm trying to present a situation most providers don't have to worry about.
being "gun-shy" about communicating those issues with the provider isn't a reason to be a dick and NCNS them, especially after receiving their address.
Some providers would possibly freak out if the client didn't show up after they provided their address. It's possibly a safety thing for the provider. I've heard of providers moving hotels, costing them extra money, because of such things like this happening. Simply put: if you schedule a date with a provider, you keep it.
Your point is excellent. And I share your view: my word is my bond. Which means if I don't get into anything I don't intend to follow through on. So knowingly NCNS'ing is never on my mind. However, everyone is different. It is what it is.
1st time I gave 24 hour notice due to "sig other" changing their plans.
2nd I had paid deposit and my business had a fire an hour before, I sent pictures and she said she would let me reschedule. I have had more providers cancel on me the morning of than I have canceled. Talk about being horny and getting shut down an hour before !!!
Maybe they are horny, nervous, and shy? Maybe they are full of self doubt and worry about satisfying you? I am not justifying their behavior but there are a hell of a lot of men out there who are very nervous around woman and after setting up an appointment they chicken out and are afraid to call/text and cancel.
I just want to know how many providers are really this excited before an appointment. This does not feel like my typical experience. I WISH providers felt the way you feel and communicated this to me before and during an appointment.
A girl I've been seeing and friends with sometimes asks me for a ride to a hotel or to her incall location to see a client. I drive to her location to pick her up. When I get there the client cancels. They never cancel when I'm on the way to pick her up. It's always when I pick her up. It's aggravating for me because I could have just stayed home.
This doesn't happen all the time. It happens more than she would like.
