The last amendment imposing the $1000 auto impound fee might be what some were going for, but the felony upgrade is crazy.

Think its Rhode Island, but not sure.  Its been a while since I read the article.

So no felony charges  no fees increase no impound penalty, more juveniles on the street now since its no more a crime according to HB6462 so what is left they just kill the Bill...time to open champagne bottle or wait till Wed ...
