No need to be embarrassed, we have seen everything! Nothing new to us. Just let us know, but it's not a big deal.

Hello All:

This is somewhat embarrassing, but I need some advice. Sue to a medical condition, I am taking medication which is leading to what could be called "dry orgasms" or retrograde ejaculation. Basically, I can achieve orgasm, but am not producing any...you know.

I am sure I am not the only person with this issue. Can anyone advise how they deal with it when seeing a provider? Do you explain up front? Do you just keep your mouth shut? And for the ladies, can you advise how you deal with men with this condition? Any advise is appreciated.

Thanks,

I would tell them up front right as the fun is starting. Just be like “hey, no big deal, but right now I have this condition where I don’t cum during ejaculation. It doesn’t affect my ability to enjoy sex or have an orgasm.” No need to be embarrassed, just own it as it is what it is. They’re not going to care. I’m sure they’ll appreciate the easy clean up and might enjoy learning something new.

Tell all providers upfront. Some like that there is no mess. Others appreciate knowing that they did not fail.

While I personally consider medical conditions like this to be a specialty of mine, I promise that no provider is going to bat an eyelash. Genuinely, it is nothing to worry about or feel self-conscious of. 😘

Thank you that makes me feel much better!

I agree with what she said 100%!  I've had clients mention this to me and it in NO WAY affects the quality of our time together. Relax and enjoy the company of a beautiful woman!

Cheers!

I had prostate cancer with radiation and Lupron. I am now like you. I tell the provider in advance so she will know it isn't her and that I can't be "messy". They have all been fine with it. I also bring a couple of toys that I can use to help them out, if they are OK with that. I want to put a smile on their face. lol

trust me wont be the first time an decently experienced lady has "cum" across this   :)

Dry orgasms happen no need to be embarrassed. You are still able to climax just no money shot. No big deal.

Some women crave the reward. We are all very different. It’s nice to be honest & communicate.

I actually dated a guy years ago who experienced the same thing and it was never an issue. As others have said, mention it at the beginning of the session and I doubt any provider will have an issue with it.

I’ve had several guys with this before, and it’s never an issue. Most just let me know in advance, which I really appreciate. No need to feel uncomfortable or stressed — communication makes everything easier.

I see this a lot and it can happen more often with second dips so yes if it happens with all of yours just say something so the provider knows what to do. There is a special way to make sure you achieve orgasm and many lady quit before you get there.

I can see you've gotten tons of positive responses. I concur. I have seen someone with this same situation. The fact he told me saved so much stress or possible misunderstanding.
