Hey people!

As you read from the subject heading, this is a newbie question...

I'm looking to contact a provider for the first time. I've never done this type of thing and to be honest, I'm not really sure what to expect. The whole thing is kind of scary haha, but a little exciting.

I was wondering if any of you folks can recommend someone who is kind, gentle, and accepting of first-timers. I've read some horror stories and I'd like to stay away from "business-type" providers.

A little info if it helps - I'm 27, clean, and a normal guy. Just missing something and I'm hoping to find it here.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Provided they have joined room service 2000 and have gotten the screening part out of the way.

Once you've seen your first the rest will be easy.

If you don't have a VIP membership here, get it.  It is absolutely necessary as part of research.  

Then, as the others have stated, get verified.  RS2K is a good place to start.  With that, you'll find some providers that are willing to meet with you.  I highly recommend this as you will have to take less risk and get to meet with someone more established.  

What I did?  I hadn't gotten verified yet, so I found someone who would take me without it.  She had a review on here and I was fairly confident was legit... but I still don't recommend the feeling of going that route.  I was pretty quickly verified soon after and never looked back...

there are some ladies who are able to screen even a novice through other means. Most of the individuals I've shared time with have never been a part of any screening service. Then again, I have a bit of a reputation for being a strong screener, which may be why I am comfortable accepting individuals unassociated with verification sites.

The biggest issue our dear OP is going to run up against is his age. Johnnycat, I advise you to check with any lady you wish to see to determine whether she is comfortable seeing men under a certain age. Many ladies have age minimums; these are typically 30, 35, or 40, the first two being the most common. Sometimes this is written clearly on her website (always read her website), and sometimes it's something you have to check on with her. Ladies who do this typically cite maturity and comfort reasons. Conduct your behavior and email like an adult (skip the text speech, avoid pet names like "baby, sexy, etc," as well as the term "hook up," and in general avoid sounding like your replying to a Criagslist hookup ad), and that may open some doors that were otherwise closed.

The other issue with your age is related to screening. Younger individuals typically have little or no working legend on the internet. They're in too low a position in too massive a company for even a great screener to pull up anything on them, they have no (legal, public) activity in their city that's verifiable (leaving some of the specifics vague here to protect my screening methods), and if they have a very common name, forget about it. So, sometimes alternative screening methods work with someone your age, sometimes they don't.

I simply wanted to point out that verifications sites open doors, but they are not the only method, and some doors simply won't open due to your age. All things to consider when proceeding....

A dinner date or cocktails prior (longer appt). That way you can in a public place feel each other out, provide ID etc then move on to adult activities. I also advise stating your age. I "Usually" see 30 and above myself- however one of my ATF's for the last 2 years is only 28. There are always exceptions to the rules!

Post Script*** When I first started as a provider, I would ONLY do a meet and greet type first! We'd grab coffee or drinks then when I was comfortable we would move on. That lasted almost a year!

I guess I may have been relatively lucky so far as no one has turned me away yet...  I always do my best to be extremely thorough in the information I give to make the ladies feel very comfortable in meeting me.

as a quick way to filter out the less mentally/emotionally mature folks. (Though to be fair, some ladies are simply more attracted to older men/) I find this across the board approach a bit too stereotyped for my tastes, and prefer to take things on a case by case basis. There are grown up 20 year olds, and 5 year olds trapped in geriatric bodies.
