I think the Tenga Eggs are likely really amazing, but are designed with single use in mind. You *can* clean them and reuse them (LOL my autocorrect changed that to "You can clean and treasure them," which I guess you could do as well), but from what I understand, it doesn't last but 10 uses max, depending on how rough you are on them.

Way more reusable (and from what I've heard from the men in my life, way more fun) is the Tenga Flip Hole. Apparently it is perfectly designed for most male sizes, is reasonably easy to clean (and do keep up on maintenance, it helps it last longer) and from what I've heard far outranks most Fleshlights in the simulation category.  

That said, if you are a vibration fan, Fleshlight has some vibrating options that last I knew the Flip Hole lacks. I've heard a well maintained Fleshlight is good for around 150-200 uses, whereas the FlipHole is good for up to 300 with proper maintenance. Another point to consider.

Ultimately is it a matter of your own preferences. If you're not good at cleaning up after use, maybe the Tenga Eggs would be perfect. I believe a set comes with a variety of different stimulation options.

As for P spot stimulation, I think Fun Factory makes a lot of great toys for such enjoyment. tenga eggs are super fun! I've had a handful of them over the years.  They're not mechanical at all; the "egg" is a textured silicone material, and you can use it manually or orally.  

I've had a few of them rip over the years, but they're so inexpensive that it's basically a non-issue.

The Tenga products came from Amazon, the Fleshlight from the distributor.  Water based lube will be needed, although the Eggs came with a little foil pouch of some in case you need to travel.  Got the Eggs as a 6-pack sampler.

Eggs were really good, very convenient, and very stretchy.  All models worked fine, yet the two which stood out were the Wavy model and the Clicker model.  The Clicker had more sensation.  Due to the design, a little lube will last quite a while and tends NOT to run everywhere.  The plastic cup (like an Easter Egg cup) can be used to store the Egg after you clean & dry it.  Easy to travel with, and doesn't set off any baggage inspections for carry-on if you're at the airport.

Tenga Deep Throat Cup is a better sensation than the eggs.  Product can be reused more often.  Takes more lube though.  Looks benign on a luggage xray but still no inspections.

Overall the Fleshlight wins, and it holds heat better than the others, so when you first start FLying it's a warm, moist channel.  The endcap can change the pressure sensations too, you'll be amazed at how that changes things.  Came with a bullet vibrator that fits inside the device.  There are plans out there for hands free use rather than just the sneaker method.  Overall it's bulky and will require lots of lube repeatedly applied during long sessions.  Have not traveled with it as it's too bulky.  Of the three, it's the most realistic feeling, but is still no match for the real deal.
