One way is to use an image hosting site such as imagecoast.com, although technically they don't allow adult content.  So depending on how risque your pictures they may or may not allow it.  Below are a handful of other sites that you may be able to use as alternatives.

Another way I think is to link directly to the URL of the picture on your website.  If you hover over a picture with your mouse it should show the path name to the picture at the bottom of your web browser.  Type that link into the "picture URL" of your message posting and it should display it on your ad.

There may be other ways to post a pic that I'm not aware of, and I'm sure some of the other providers have more insight than I.  Hopefully they will post or PM you that advice.
