I’ve been trying to set up an appointment with Cali Camu and never gotten a response. I don’t know why? The crazy thing is I booked her once and got references and verified and everything. I canceled the appointment (even though it was several weeks away) but every other time after I tried to contact her again I never got a response. Very strange.

Assuming there she hasn't retired or or gone on hiatus or had some personal issue, then she either doesn't need or want your business.  My suggestion is to not take it personally and move on to someone who will communicate with you.

I’d say move on. If you reached out and no reply, maybe she s having a personal issue unrelated to you .  
I learned never to wait for anyone and move on …..

move on she's good. but nothing to rave out. agencies are less and often better.
