Hexe is great that they roast their beans on-site

LaColombe - they have a few locations
Froth is my latest find - really good coffee, cool warehouse vibe
Engine Coffee

Up north Qahwah House is a Turkish coffee cafe where they import the beans and roast on-site.

 
There are a ton of great coffee and cafe places.  Just depends on what area
