When I am not seeking an appointment I am finding tons of providers I want to see based on reviews and ads (on the regional ad board). But now that I WANT an appt right now i can't. What is up with that? Just a mental thing? Or maybe I am too picky with what I want and how I want it.

Happens to me all the time. When I get in the mood I usually look for my next gal for a week or two hoping to find the perfect gal. Get tired of looking for the perfect gal and settle for someone at least close to what I really want and spend my money only to find the following week the perfect gal is now in town or available.
