I am just wondering why providers seem to avoid the northern suburbs.  I understand supply and demand, but is there really not enough demand along the far north shore to warrant setting up an in-call up here on occasion?

I have been with a few in Northbrook and Gurnee.

Most do seem to prefer schaumburg, oak brook, naperville but the great thing about being near a large metropolitan area is the variety available.
