What is everyone's opinion of implants. I am not a huge breast guy but I find implants a total turn-off. Would rather see a flat lady than one with implants. What does eveyone else think?

It all depends. If they are done nicely. Or in other words, not overdone.

I prefer "all natural" women: no implants, no tats, no body piercings.  But if I can't 'feel' its an implant, then that works for me too.

OK... My last civvie GF was flat as a board. We weren't working out as a serious couple but get together sometimes as friends with benefit after our break up.  On for a few months, off for a few months... (When we are both single) This had been going on for 3 years.  She decided during one of the times we weren't seeing each other for several months that she was getting a new rack installed.  The next time we spoke I didn't know she had done this yet and we got together and the "friends with benefits" part was still on. This was the first time I had ever been with a woman with an "enhanced" rack.  Let me tell you they look hot as hell on her and really helped balance out her proportions.  Big thing is they are not over done.  She picked the perfect size for her body type.  She's 5'11" and now has a beautiful pair of 34C's. I do admit they almost look too perfect and they are not quite as soft as a natural pair of the same size. On the flip they are perfectly perky and firm and if I had a guess she would not need to wear a bra for another day in her life if she chose not to.  She seems much more comfortable in her own skin now which is the most important part.  I used to love to play with them when they were flat, but i admit I enjoy them more now, even a couple days ago

I'm good either way.  Usually if I am physically attracted to a woman, that will only be part of it.  

As far as implants, the skin is real.

I love flat breasted women.  They are such a turn on to me.  Small implants may be okay, but I have seen too many implants that you can tell are fake.  I rather have the real thing.

Being a small B-cup myself, I have many clients that say they are perfect and to never go under the knife.  I would be nervous about losing sensitivity in my nipples anyway because I have heard this sometimes happens and I love having them sucked on while eh-hem, you know...

I prefer all natural but implants wouldn't stop me from seeing someone I really want to see. It's just one part of the whole package.

Big ones, Small ones, Real ones, Fake ones. My only requirements are that there are two of them, they are each on the correct side, and I'm allowed to touch them. If a lady meets all of these, then I'm a pretty happy guy.

For me, it's the crowning glory on top (out front?) that counts most. Natural or enhanced isn't nearly as important as a sensitive, form nipple that rises to rthe occasion and helps me do the same.

The feeling of a nipple reacting to my palms, my fingers, my lips and tongue is a great turn-on for me.

Nothing wrong with 80%, solid B on all but the worst grading curves. Speaking of curves, I like 'em nice and symmetrical.

I prefer natural soft and heavy, if they have a natural sag all the better.  Implants are ok, if they are soft and look natural too.

Any woman that is willing to risk her health to look sexier for men turns me on because she has attitude. Now, i wouldn't refuse large naturals, but in indiana, 90% of the time when they say they are large natural it is because she is a fat cow that is borderline obese.

Having lived and worked in LA for a dozen years it seemed 4 out of 5 women (and young girls!) were determined to get the things. I don't know why... They don't feel right to me, and the few women I dated either romantically or professionally said they took away most of the feeling they used to have. While I'm just as normal as any other guy and can't help but be distracted by a big pair, I find normal breasts much more appealing. Especially if the woman has greater sensation there.

Implants do not feel good.
The breast no longer moves naturaly.
They only look good when clothed.
