As you are doing your screening and memory search, how do you rank the following gentlemen in terms of selecting your eventual date?


a. He is well known in this community, but you have not met him. (Looking for longer date)

b. You have met him and got along well. (Looking for a single hour date)

a. He is well known in this community, but you have not met him. (Tends to be a little pushy)

d. Your last choice, an old favorite that will probably schedule soon even if you are busy this evening.


Like FT61 and unlike Sinful, I am not compiling your responses. Just hit reply and say your piece.

Ease makes the pick easy.  My order would be as follows D, B, A, C since the 1st 2 I can just call and set something up without having to wait on verification.  Plus depending on when contact originated sometimes same days with references are more difficult to set up do to waiting on reference.

However, the exception would be if A contacted me first and was RS or knew one of my friends for ease in verification.  That would most him up to the front runner.

Why?  Verifications take time so less then knowing a friend of mine, or being RS does take time.  It is much easier to just tell a past guest they have it so that is often what is done.  AND, I don't do too well with pushy, that often means I am going to have a personality clash so they would be my last pick.  Sorry, but many who know me also know this about me.  Sometimes I will visit a pushy guest when I have nothing else going on, but sometimes I end up regretting it so usually last priority.

However...

If the guy is the pushy type (meaning "fussy" or "manipulative" - not simply demanding of great service), I will not see him at all, long date or not.

Luckily, I don't see that many gentlemen each day or week, so I also have the luxury of squeezing in an old favorite, somewhere in my day...even if its late night, and I had already decided I was done for the evening.  Unless I am beyond exhausted, I will always try to make room for my old favorites.

So, in order...

A "easily verifiable, haven't met, looking for long date"
B "we've met, had fun, looing for one hour"
D "old favorite likely to schedule" (assuming he hasn't even contacted me yet)

....and C doesn't even make the list.

If I get the sense a guy is pushy, because he has a deep seated submissive streak and he enjoys pushing a woman's buttons, in order to make her react, I may see him for the pleasure of calling his bluff.  This is usually a last minute scheduling, as I'm not always in the mood to deal with such fussiness.  But when I'm feeling fiesty, putting an a$$hole in his place can be fun

Here is order or priority for me:

1) ATFs and clients referred to by friends
2) Easy to verify and looking for multi hour date
3) Someone I saw once long time ago and looking for one hour

I absolutely have favorites; you have to adore your gentlemen friends when you develop longer term relationships, or it just won't work in an natural and organic manner. That said, I don't play favorites with email. I decided when I ventured into this lifestyle that the only way for me to ethically play it in terms of email and scheduling dates is a "first come, first served" sort of approach.

Now, the problem comes in when a gentleman wants to see me, but is slow in getting me the solid confirmed details of date, time, and duration, which unfortunately happens more often than you might believe. If I do not receive this information in a reasonable and responsible amount of time, and someone else has requested that time, complete with all those solid scheduling details, then the prize goes to the gentleman behind door number two, as it were.

His appointment, that means exact day, time and location.

If it comes down to 2 gents that meet that requirement, I go with the gent that CANNOT move his plans (a rare evening alone, coming in from out of town etc).

Then of course there are those old favorites you jump through hoops for regardless

And I'm still wondering what Foody meant by pushy such as...

A) Demanding pain in the ass

it was 4 emails sitting in your in-box that came around the same time wanting the same time.  My habit is to open emails of those I know before I even check the others, because I want to know what my friends are up to.  That is why I scored the way I did.  I see they want a time, get excited and schedule.  Then I check through the rest and try to accommodate as many as I am able to asking if other times can accommodate and such.

I think many of us do the same, open the emails from people we already know prior to those we don't.

I do a first come first serve so far since I am new but I have had a couple of repeat clients and I will open their email first and see whats going on with them, then check the rest of my emails in order.  

But I guess if I had to pick it would be A & B.

But let's see some more responses, it might straighten itself out.

E- You book both guys and see which guy shows up, or doesn't cancel.
