I have seen some ads of people providing this on RR but have learned you can never really trust reviews on there and they are all mixed. Does anybody have any experience or recommendations of providers that have one?

I haven't seen her yet, but she's on my list.  She has very good reviews, and several of them mention a milking table.  

Saw her a while back for the milking table and she made it a lot of fun.  Great kisser too - been tempted to go back for lessons!
