Alice has been retired for about 6 months, and her phone disconnected. She hasn't replied to a email since march yet she has 3 reviews since then. I brought it up to TER 3 times that her number is disconnected yet it is still attached to her profile. When you are checking reviews on a girl do some research on her reviewers. Her last 3 reviewers are not to be trusted.
Notice the pattern in at least two of the last three reviews.... two reviews posted in two months time which happens to be the minimum to get free VIP status. That way they get to read the real reviews for free without hobbying or paying the membership fee. Freeloaders
this is very common it happens all the time TER will not do anything they know what's going on, what TER need is reviews for there readers

there might be a better way but reviewing reviewers isn't going to work either. i did a review on a girl that sent me a pm and essentially said it was a fake review because i had something that was completely untrue. the fact is she's an idiot, my review was not only a good review but in hindsight probably too nice and everything in it was completely factual. if she called me out to a mod, that review could have been pulled despite the fact it's 100% true and accurate. food for thought.
if LE can build a review history and get "trusted", we'd then have a problem. Now I look for whitelisted reviewers. They are the ones that can be trusted to a greater degree.
Despite the fact that I have a white list entry, most of the providers I've been with choose not to participate in TER white listing. They rightfully point out that TER is a review site, not a verification site. (And I've never met a provider who would consider either a review history or white list entries as sufficient forms of verification.) Of course, from a provider's point of view, a TER user name ties back to an e-mail address and not to an actual identity. This means that if the e-mail account is compromised, then the use of white listing has to be taken with a big grain of salt.

This is an interesting post about an essential issue. Indeed, who watches the watchers?
Since TER does presumably review reviews, what do they review them for, other than certain forbidden words [which may or may not mean what the moderators assume them to mean —though that is a separate issue]?
They certainly don't check for spelling, grammar, or standard usage. Do they check accuracy of links and phone numbers? Apparently not in the case of "Alice," if what Axxel says is true.
They do give providers some power of veto over reviews, but request additional verifying information from the reviewer before spiking the thing. I had a review questioned recently by a provider, but my review [accurate and essentially respectful but perhaps not the glowing report that she may've expected] was eventually approved when I submitted requested information —presumably proving I was with her.
TER also claimed that the information given would not be used in any way compromising to me, and as far as I know it has not been. The provider, who had many reviews in addition to mine, has interestingly, since removed herself from TER.
I would suggest that the moderators at TER be more thorough about verifying information given by providers and believe it would be possible to do so without descending the slippery slopes either of hyper-regulation or paranoia.
I find whitelists to be a nice tool to use in sorting out real reviews from BS reviews. I'll pick reviews of Olivia Light and Giselle to make my point:
Olivia Light has a great review from jonander1966. He only has a few reviews, so it's unclear if he can be relied upon. But he is whitelisted by Olivia Light, so it says that there some truth to his review, and that would give me some idea of what I might expect with Ms. Light.
Giselle has a review from mkef69. He has only two reviews, so, again, it is unclear if he can be relied upon. This review gives Giselle decent marks, but describes an activity that is not on her TER menu. So I check the whitelist of the reviewer, and there are none. I know that Giselle uses the whitelist, so this tells me that she is not "endorsing" the review. In other words, I cannot say that I should expect to receive the same services that are described in the review.
So, at least for me, the whitelist feature offers information that assists in my own screening out of potentially fake reviews.
