I figured it would be easier to do a post opposed to individually contacting providers.  

I'm looking for a provider that would be willing to set up a series of short but sweet "single pop" BBBJ sessions.  CIM or Facial would be a big plus but not required.  The session would really be focused on the BBBJ (i.e. I'm not asking for full service or any other services for that matter)

I'm hoping to set up short (15 to 30 minute) regular sessions (2+ a month)

I'm not overly picky on hair, height, eye color, race, etc.  I am looking for a provider that is at least in average shape with a pretty face and great eyes.  I'm not overly picky on age but would prefer someone in the mid 20's to mid 30's and not be interested if she was 45+

that's negotiable but it should scale with your hourly rate remembering that i'm only looking for a single pop BBBJ lasting 15 mins with no other services and would be looking to set up regular / consistent sessions (2+ times a month)

....... there are providers charging anywhere from 200hr to 500hr+ perusing this site.
Some kind of price range you're comfortable with would still be good.

I think he means that since he'll only be there for 15 minutes, he should only pay a portion of the ladies hourly rate.   And, since he'll be a repeat customer (twice a month), this will be a good deal for them.  Good luck with that. I don't think most reputable providers will go for it, you might try some of the bargain offers on backpage.

It depends on the Provider. Some will charge the Full Hourly Rate even if you don't go for Full Service. Others will charge just for what you want. It's possible that you'll find a Provider in your age range that will do what you're looking for. You'll definitely find a Provider in her 40's that will do what you want. If you're looking for a Big Discount for what you want, it won't happen.

Back in the day I used to cruise around to find a street girl for that. I suppose if you live in a city you still could, if you don't mind entertaining in the front seat of your car lol
