for outcall? Or would a "travel fee" typically be requested

providers have incall /outcall rates so outcall fee should include "travel fee" that's why outcalls are higher.. But don't quote me on it....

It's in Cicero. And like Gemma said, it's at least $40 in cab fair there and back for those of us who can't drive, and at least 40 minutes of travel time each way. There would be a fee involved, and that fee might be even higher for a provider coming from the north side of the city or the northwest burbs.

When your company flies you to a place, do you charge for parking, flight, and meals, or do you pay for it? If you pay, what do you actually make?

If we're losing money by traveling, why do it? Why not save money and come to our Incall?

Just some things to think about.

It's to a fab hotel... Even then I still have uneasiness... I also do not do outs that are more the 3 mile radius of me.. It's not worth it.. You have to get ready, travel to destination, and lug all the "play items" there...  But sometimes it fun to go meet someone for a preprint & giggle  & laugh before the session to ease into it.... I would rather them come to me.., where I feel safe & prepared...  But that's just me... I also hate overnight too... Good money but it's F-ing exhausting & I don't sleep well w/another body next to me whom idk... Lol...

It's not Chicago proper, but it's not particularly hard to get to and no more out of the way than O'Hare.

The airport is completely inside the city limits, just like O'Hare.

Regardless, a provider can charge any travel fees she wants. Saying "But it's technically Chicago" isn't a valid argument. So is 135th Street and Torrance, but I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

Dude, my bad. But you do have to go through Cicero to get to Midway. You're right, though, it's technically Chicago.

Midway and O'Hare are within Chicago limits. The taxes at the airports are regulatef by McCormick Port Authority. This is why you have to take a city cab to go downtown, and this is strictly CPD jurisdiction. However, you are only in city limits while on airport property. Most of the surrounding areas are not Chicago.
