Very much a novice here, so forgive my ignorance., but there is a provider on BP who offers Domination (nothing else mentioned), but I'm interested in GFE or PSE. Is it out of bounds for me to ask if that is possible? The last thing I want to do is enrage a Dominatrix.

TER is not geared towards reviewing dommes.  TER is concerned with full-service activities for the most part, and most dommes (in the traditional sense) don't offer full-service or any sort of services outside of those considered to be within the BDSM range of activities.  There are very well established dommes that have few reviews here, and most of those reviews are from years ago. Domme reviews happen on another website entirely, so her legitimacy as a BDSM provider shouldn't be contingent upon reviews here per se.
