Call it a hunch but I think we can all avoid that particular "provider".  Run the URL through tineye.com and you will find many, many posting for those photos.
The bareback is just a little icing on the trap.  To mix a metaphor or two.

That was awesome.  Gross, but awesome.  Less than 1% likelihood those pictures are real.
 

I think we need a new acronym for that, like COF or COB, as in "I finished IOT."

I think there is a 100% chance that the pictures are real but a less than 1% chance that they would match the person who opens the door when you arrive for your dream date.  I'm kidding, I am just being an ass but I couldn't resist.  I am just trying to get in the right frame of mind for when the Bears most likely will get their asses kicked tonight.  Hope I am wrong but probably not unfortunately.

I have seen this girl in past under different ad,  I was not stupid enough for going with out protection.
but all of the above responses are correct.  
You get there and she up sells and tries to scam the whole time, it is just not a good time. there are far better providers for your money.

I think that the English language already has actual words sufficient to convey the meaning.  The proliferation of these idiosyncratic, limited in-group acronyms is really silly —and frequently off-putting to the reader.  Why has it become too much trouble to type a complete sentence using complete words?

I have to look up acronyms from my own reviews, but I still prefer the cleaned up version of CIM.

It's a joke. I took the phrase totally out of context, because I thought it sounded comically like the weird euphemistic phrases that reviews are full of. Oh well, next time I'll just chuckle to myself and move on.
