Suggestions about Chicago:

Plus: Downtown

Great Nightlife, dining choices,culture, etc. Walk or short cab ride to anything.

Minuses: Downtown

Hotel Costs, parking expense, traffic congestion (for you or clients)

O'Hare, Schaumburg, Oakbrook

Plus:

Still good dining choices, not much Nightlife except restaurants or bars. No or little parking problems or expense.

Minus:

Basically need a car or possibly expensive cab ride to go anywhere.

If you're staying for a few days, why not split visit between DT and the Burbs?

I'm sure other longtime Chicagoans will chime in as well.

Hi Chicago I am thinking of coming for a visit the first week in November. I am about 70% sure any suggestions on where to stay? What to look out for? Please let me know!! What a great city I can't wait to visit!!

Ditto on his suggestions, plus/minus.  Got a few extra:

Downtown Plus: Great Visuals, the Lake, - More Day Time clients Many more

Downtown Minus:  Near North Michigan Ave will be under construction until mid-Nov, from Wacker to Illinois, so your best bet are 'Loop' Hotels, or North Gold Coast Hotels (stay away from 'River North', North Michigan Ave Hotels.  Lots of bitchy suburban clients who are afraid to go downtown.

Suburbs: Plus - Less bitching by clients.  Your best bet for access from most suburbs: O'Hare.  If you do split time, easy to get to via public trans - CTA light rail.

Suburbs Minus: You will get a contigent of clients who want you to go to their area, not matter where you stay

Chicagoans are notorius for last minute appts, and last minute cancels, and bitchy about where you stay. Unfortunately, they can't seem to keep their opinions to theirselves and simply weigh positives against negatives.  Sorry Guys, you are....

On a Personal Level, I'm excited to see that you are coming.  I visit the Fl boards daily - they are peobably the friendliest, funnest group, plus great visual theme days. I was definitely thinking about seeing you in S FL with my SO, so this will give us to chance to meet first 1-1.  Your pictures are gorgeous, and you have a very hot bod - great ass, physique.  Hope that you cum here!

I agree with the other comments here. Your time may be well split with 3-4 days in DT and 3-4 days around O'Hare.
This will maximize your time and efforts in Chicago plus give you access to most of
Suburban life: woodfield mall, etc.

If you can, being able to verify guys with RS2k will make your job easier since that's the dominant verification service here.

In addition to O'hare there's also Oakbrook. Many ladies will choose one or the other in the suburbs. There's various reasons some locals will use to argue for one or the other. However, as has already been said the idea to split up time between downtown and the suburbs is best.
