Self-Confidence.

When I speak of self confidence I'm not talking about arrogance. I mean exactly the opposite. If a lady has the cool self confidence of someone who knows exactly who she is and she is comfortable in her own skin, it is powerful. When she is not in the appointment, in even the tiniest way, trying to get her own emotional needs for approval or validation met, she can be fully there for her client. When she also has great confidence in her skills and abilities to make a client feel amazing, she does it effortlessly.

Confidence is sexy.

Hobbyists: Who is the provider you met who has the ultimate cool of pure self confidence without a trace of arrogance?

Providers: Is this true of clients as well

The confidence I see in men is no need to make comments to cut ladies down. He does not have the assurance in himself that just he himself as a patron can get the top performance a lady can give.

The guys who have to insult other ladies in order to compliment the one in front of them don't have confidence that a simple compliment from him, without downplaying others, is enough. In fact, it's more effective to just leave other people's comparisons in looks and service out of the conversation completely.

It's just tacky, and also - any lady who has been around for a while knows this guy is going to be critical about her to others too.

Feminine confidence acts as an in person airbrush/editing component when a woman is 100 percent confident in who she is. It does put on an extra layer of beauty. However, If she is around someone who is trying to make her "prove herself" - when that's not her style, kinda' ruins the experience, because now she has to manage a man who is insecure and critical. Not.sexy. And not a turn on.

I've literally seen women transform before my eyes, simply because of their confidence. (Not arrogance.)

Arrogance in my eyes is insecurity - where the lady compliments herself from head to toe in a full length mirror, then looks at me and tells me all the things I need to fix about myself. "Don't worry, you'll be like me someday." They had a masked / tricked confidence. I allowed both men and women to trick me into thinking they were something, and I was not as awesome - so I could think less of myself, and think more of them. Best way to make 'em think you're awesome is to make them feel less than you. That is arrogance, and it's fake. And it's also sour.

A truly confident woman or man understands that uplifting others and recognizing their beauty helps them recognize your beauty. It's real, genuine, and definitely changes the dynamics of the time together. Changes the density of the air and the ambiance, and gets the chemicals flowing for lack of better words.

I totally agree that this is am extremely sexy quality and I think your definition is spot on.  Chicago's own Nicoleta is very comfortable in her own skin without a trace of arrogance...a total sweetheart.  In Vegas, Jaydalee is the epitome of sweet confidence.  They are two  of the all time greats

I've never had the pleasure of Jaydalee's company, but I definitely agree with our opinion about Nicoleta. She's great!

Courtney, though you and I have never met, I think you do have the reputation for being cool, confident and not arrogant. Well done.

My question for you is when you meet a client and he is confident, relaxed, non-judgmental, genuinely warm and appropriately complimentary how does that affect your approach to the session?  What does that do for you

Of course, it's different with every person but it's the difference between needing lube, and not needing lube honestly. LOL.

P.S. One thing I've noticed about confident, relaxed, blah blah men is - they can laugh. There's nothing like someone who can laugh at themselves, at me, and at life.

Really well said. Confidence - that sense of self and value - is like an electric spark. It can create an aura, a tangible presence, that can't be denied.

Arrogance is exactly that, insecurity. And it creates all sorts of power games to support it. It's a waste of energy.

I'm slightly surprised more providers have not been nominated

I actually believe that there are more out there who have real self-confidence without a trace of arrogance. Guys don't seem to be volunteering any names.

I thought of Lovely Isabella Fox and Marissa DeMarco who I have seen and Courtney Ova who I have not seen but know by reputation.

No one is ultimately pure in self confidence. When we practice expressing confidence, it can waver back and forth. We're all evolving human beings, learning how to exercise our skills and new mindsets, and there will be mistakes and mishaps along the way.  

No one is without a trace of arrogance. Today we may be too arrogant, tomorrow we may realize today we were a tad arrogant and fix it without explaining our tiny confessions to everyone who witnessed them. Especially to people who will use it against us. Surprise! Nobody's perfect. lol!

Apologies need only be expressed to the people it directly affects. The other people enjoy catching others in their imperfections, so what the hell? Why not just let them enjoy themselves, and think they "gotcha"? They like it. lol!
 

Courtney...I have to disagree with you that there is a flaw in the question.  I think it is implied by the OP, or at least as I read it, that he was talking about a provider's self-confidence, lack of arrogance, etc in their interactions with their clients.  I do not think the question asks us to evaluate who is perfect, 100% of the time, in these areas.  Thus,  I stand by my observations as these ladies, during their interactions with me as a client, show that perfect balance between self confidence and complete lack of arrogance
