First, thanks to everyone responding to my thread the other day.  It is sad that some ladies resort to review manipulation.  I guess desperation and lack of self-esteem will make a lady resort to such actions.

I know this has been discussed before, but it seems like it is still continuing. The twist is that it is coming from ladies I've never seen before.  It makes me wonder how they got the contact information in the first place.  I have to believe that ladies are sharing client lists.  If so, that shit needs to stop.

Just wondering if anyone has also been receiving requests from ladies they've never seen.  As always, PMs and alias posts on the subject are welcome [in case you don't want to be identified].

I've received a couple PMs before from ladies that I have not seen but who are well reviewed. Then there was a provider who I had seen who used to send 2-3 email blasts per week. That's annoying.

Hi,

.... a well reviewed traveling lady. They promptly go into my spam folder.

To anyone who no longer wants to be on that voluntary list, please, please, please...unsubscribe right away.

CTP: The providers who contact you without permission are unprofessional. You should share their names on the RO board.

Xoxo.

CTP: Thanks for starting this thread. Hopefully, the unsolicited emails from providers and hobbyists will cease sooner than later.

Xoxo.

Hi,

I don't mind the e-mails from the traveling providers w/whom i've had a previous appointment. it's the e-mails from the ones i've never seen that i abhor.

that most legitimate providers DO NOT share e-mail lists with anyone.  This would be a complete lack of discretion. Perhaps they got your name off some "provider only" board.  I know that some exist that allow ladies to list info about clients, although I PERSONALLY DO NOT subscribe to them.  I am not talking about DZ411 which serves a different purpose (for reporting dangerous clients).

In any event, I believe its the lady's responsibility to protect her clients information.  This includes; e-mail, phone number and name.

The next time you get one of these unsolicited contacts, you may want to inquire where they got your information.  This should clear up the mystery.

As for PMs, sadly there is nothing that can be done to stop unsolicited inquiries if you are a VIP.

If anyone is receiving unsolicited PM's from a providor, all you need to do is forward them to me or to my Co-Mod, Sojourner7 and that providor will be dealt with appropriately. Spamming is grounds for termination and permanent removal from the site.

Spamming is a huge no no and it goes both ways. Guys, you can't be spamming the girls as well. Same rules apply, ladies forward the Pm's to me and or my Co-Mod and we will deal with the offender.

but I know some really don't because I've contacted a few well reviewed (and well known here on this board) ladies often with months or years in between and they know exactly who I am. I'd like to think I'm that memorable, but lets be real ... especially on the phone or by email, I'm not. btw don't check my reviews for clues because I don't review everyone due to the difficulty in getting them approved. Those I'm thinking of have not been reviewed by me and since I only suspect I won't throw accusations until I know for sure - If I were to find out for sure then I'd be letting everyone know here.

So besides the security of my info being possibly compromised, I know some of those emails are coming from previously seen ladies. I've subscribed to a couple of mailing lists, but I don't think that my email should be shared/sold outside of that mailing list either.

The fastest way to guarantee I'll never meet someone is to send me an message of any kind when I am not the one to initiate contact. If I think I want to know about upcoming visits, or specials, I've already let you know either verbally or in an email or pm.

what web sites have you guys been subscribing to?
It all comes down to meeting with well known, well respected, and well reviewed ladies. In order to get around this, I think it is really important to set your, not the maximum, but the minimum you are willing to spend. Mine is, I will not see any lady whose compensation for her time is less than $$$. Period! This gives me the confidence that my information stays with the lady and will not be shared with anyone else.
Think about it. Like funtimes says, "Spamming is grounds for termination and permanent removal from the site." So, I doubt a well known and well reviewed lady would want to loose all that.
Just my two cents on the subject.

don't read my reviews...and I would want You guys to be honest, because I wouldn't want someone showing up and I am Not what they were looking for...and as long as You guys are writing a review based on what happen within those four walls during our time...and Not things You have been told by other guys or another provider asks that You write something in regards to me...then whats the problem....it's all perception and perception is Your reality ;)

Yes. I got a text message from a BP girl I had made an inquiry about service to. SHe had asked for RS2K info to pre verify. I thought she was just being cautious but a week later I get a cryptic and somewhat suggestive message with no identification that tirned out to be from her. In the interim I had a chance to check her reviews here and they didn't live up to her claims of service. Needless to say I asked her to loose my number.

Another interesting phanomonon is the BP posters that list TER reviews that turn out to be very negative. Do you suppose that because only VIPS can now see the reviews they don't have any way to check and they assume they are good reviews and that their non-vip clients see that they have reviews but with no way to check think that the provider is OK?

All that aside there are a couple providers I know that I'm Always happy to hear from whether their e-mail is solicited or not.

I've gotten some emails from a few ladies who got my address from Date-Check, and some that I have no idea where they got it. One of them wouldn't leave me alone, so I started sending her emails from a different email address, with offers for kitchen appliances, carpeting, auto repairs, and various other products and services. On the fourth day, I sent her an email from my own address, and asked how she liked it. The emails stopped after that.

has been reading your posts and happens to like what you say and pm's you...that angers you guys?

I do agree with Sin about women who sell or share the info of guys seen before but I can understand why traveling ladies do that for each other.

I don't agree with someone constantly emailing or texting you trying to get you to see her, that would be a pain.

I don't mind PM's on TER from providers at all, thats what this site is all about.
What I don't want is a text on my cell phone or an email.
If a provider wants to talk to me then they can PM me here on TER... So Apropo, you can PM me anytime you want...

I (luckily?) have never received such via any of the communication mediums CTP called out.

I have received PMs from ladies related to comments I have made on the board - and have no issue with it.  If anyone (lady or gent) want to take the conversation off the board, no issue to me - that is what PM is meant for...

But to PM for an appointment, without prior contact, that is an issue/concern.

And yes, I have gotten PM's from ladies on the boards, and have always been flattered. In fact, I've gone on to see several ladies who made first contact via PM. That's an entirely different subject.

Hmmmmm...Uncle Mikey-WTF?!  Are you serious?  I have noticed this peculiar behavior as well.  I, personally have not had a review in quite some time.  Boo-Hoo-I'm so sure;)  Lack of confidence and clients make people gaytarded to risk getting kicked off the board.  Am I right?  Well, take compfort in the fact that you have beautiful funny girls that have no need to do such mind trips.  I would advise to simply let these morons hang themselves.
