Talk about a bad situation getting worse, an updated article was released last night on Krissy and her hubby.  If you can't find the article, you can PM me.

Let's just say, that they continued to rob clients and one of them fought back.  I'm not surprised by this outcome.

Don't go to the cops and say you were ripped off.  You may be implicating yourself to a crime.

Can't say that I am feeling sorry for either of them.

It's unfortunate that their addiction needs led them to start robbing people, but sooner or later this would have been the outcome.  Their lives are indeed more challenged now with multiple arrests in the last month culminating in this last event.

Stay safe gentlemen...

Thx. Found the article. Not surprised at most of it. What I am surprised at is the girl got away w the money, so what is the point of dear hubby / pimp trying to break the door down afterwards ? Roid rage apparently has nothing on herion withdrawl rage. Well, we can put to rest any idea that LE was still running her, I knew damn well LE had nothing to do with her grab & dash activities. Both Krissy & dear hubby / pimp would have been better off if LE had actually locked their asses up for a couple of weeks to detox rather than let them out on bail. None of this is good, but think about what dear hubby / pimp on herion withdrawl rage might have done to this client if the client did not have a shotgun ? Dear Hubby / Pimp's Dad comes into the same pub I do in Hobart. Heard the Dad is real, real good people. What a shame, can't imagine the hell these 2 have / are putting their parents through.

A. Because he probably had enough sense to either keep his mouth shut and ask for a lawyer, or call a lawyer right after this happened. At that point LE needs his co-op and the only way they are going to get it, with a lawyer standing there, is to offer a rock solid immunity deal. If you note in the newpaper article, it does not say who called the police.
B. LE simply did not want to pile on a stupid minor charge to a dude who just had to shoot someone. Makes LE look bad.
C. LE really don't Krissy & Dear Hubby / Pimp no more, & they were rather glad this took them out.
D. Who knows.

Guess he decided the first one for promoting prostitution was not enough. He will be gone a long time. Interesting to see how they spin her charges. Theft and drug?

Probably did not charge the hobbyist because he sent her home, which makes it a weak case, and they need him as a witness for the more serious charges. Cops probably made the proper judgment that Bonnie and Clyde need to be taken off the street before someone gets hurt.

Good info, thanks.

Good point - he sent her away. Does make it a bit of a weak case. Think the more important point is yup, they need his testimony and if they charge him, he may suddenly develop a fondness for Bonnie and Clueless and forget all about this nite. Also agree, LE actually did use good judgement here that Bonnie & Clueless really need to be taken off the street. Too bad Hobart Police didn't use the same good judgement. This girl had plenty of priors and one pending b4 the sting, they did not have to give her a low bail, they knew both were herion addicts.

I read that the client would not let here leave with the money so she dropped it and ran. My guess is hubby tried to come back for it.

Article this AM said after she maced him, he said go ahead and take the money, and she left with it. Later article in the day said what you read. She threw the money across the room and when he went to pick it up, she ran out the door. Regardless, still several levels below a short-bus rider for the husband / pimp to then go and literally kick the front door off the hinges. Bet the idiot was surprised when that 12 guage went off !

What Intresting is that hubby got serious spinal cord injury so looks like he might have got shot from the back
So a good Attorney can do wonder with this case. Any Atorneys on the board willing to defend him.
The guy was let go with no charges not even solicitation for prostitution.

They must be Drug Junkies to try to pull something like this.

if they had they would have learned not to fuck around after her first arrest.  Sounds VERY strange, almost like out of a weird drug movie but I suppose this is where the ideas for a lot of movies and books come from.  I'm thinking Hunter S. Thompson or something?

I don't feel bad for either one of them.  They pressed their luck and have to pay for it and she has karma to deal with turning all those dudes and letting her hubby get shot.  Yuck, sickening.

That was my take on it as well, but the various sources differed.

The article I read quoted the police report regarding the solicitation issues. The only time I see the guy referenced as a quote is when he says why he grabbed the shot gun and used it. The evidence on self defense is pretty good (door broken into), and he did not have to say anything about what happened earlier.

So, all the solicitation descriptions in the report could have come from her. If so, it would have been a he said, she said, with her not being credible because they were breaking into his house. Since both sides can be charged with prostitution/solicitation, I think one side would need to be given immunity, otherwise both can plead the 5th when being asked to testify against the other. He is the better choice.

00 buckshot could damage the spine from the front.  There is a reason the police and military load up their shotguns with it.  Assuming that it what was used, it sounds like poor shot placement, and he it lucky to still be alive.  To put things in perspective, a 9 mm has about 350 ft-lb of energy, a 12 gauge shotgun is around 3000.

That guy may have been armed but I don't have reason to believe that he was dangerous until the douchebag broke in through the door.

Krissy and husband have been held on $250,000 bond each. How many rip-offs will it take to generate that kind of green?  Karma

The earlier story alluded to their drug habit. This was not something they just tried, it sounds like they made it a lifestyle.

That a sexworker is turning tricks to support her boyfriend or husband's habit is a stereotype.  Stereotypes exist and develop for a reason in that it is a common occurrence.  I'm not claiming that it is true with a majority or all but there is a not insignificant percentage where it absolutely is the case.

Its the ugly underside of the commercial sex trade.
