Things like Bait & Switch and Rip-offs are obvious.  But here are some that may not be.

1) Guys that do not like fake boobs. Yet, they go see ladies that have them and write how disappointed they are about the boobs.  If you don't like fake boobs, don't see ladies with them.  Furthermore, don't punish them with a crappy review since you're the dumbass that decided to see them.  

2) Ladies that constantly NCNS and feel that their actions are justified.  Their excuses of family members dying or you lost your phone gets old after a while.  Have some respect for others!  This goes as well to the guys that NCNS and constantly cancel at the last minute.  If you wind up on a DNS list, you can only blame yourself.

3) Along with point 1, guys that are too lazy or simply too stupid when it comes to research.  Some guys are very turned off by tattoos, yet they schedule with the ladies that have them.  They then whine in the review about the tattoos and give her a low score.  Huh?  If her pics show them and/or their profile reflects that they have them, WHY SEE HER?  Just like the guys that are into anoxeric ladies, but they go see a BBW and are disappointed with her looks!  You must be taking stupid pills instead of vitamins.

4) Ladies that constantly retire and come back.  Make up your fucking mind already.  To me, it is a disgusting marketing ploy to lure easy prey.  We're sorry that your sugar daddy arrangement didn't work out.  But, don't come back with some BS that you are constantly getting e-mails begging for your return and how the community misses you.  BS...you are broke and have no other options.  

5) Ladies that think a 1 hour session ends at the 45 minute mark.  This also goes for guys that think a 1 hour session is really 1.5 hrs.  

Providers that post under multiple aliases.

Hobbyists who don't honestly appraise looks and performance.

Providers that are 10 - 15 years beyond their years and post that they are in their late 20s.

Hobbyists who complain about NCNS and won't tell the whole story.

Providers that double book or don't manage time and expect you to understand while collecting the full donation.

1. VIP guys asking for TER ID when they have the provider name. Use the search function, you got full access. You want to use my stunt d**k also?

2. Ladies who push for a 10/10 review afterwards. Isn't the review supposed to help other guys and the ladies business and not just number inflation.

3. Ladies who blow you off not once, but twice and then expect you to prepay on their next trip. Have some respect for the other person and their time.

However, there is 100% truth in each and every point, that is why he is the number 1 hobbyist in Chicago.

Password protected photos.  Not clearly knowing where a provider is located(based) and no up to date calendar, saying that your age is X, where it is clearly 4X+12, and if you are truly a BBW, just taking a million pictures of a headshot or just your boobs.  Some are interested in BBW and I would like to see all of you.

Pictures that are either airbrushed, doctored or posed in such a way as to mask body type. If pictures leave no clue about both face and figure, I just move on.

There were times in the past where I have bitten off more than I can chew- and times where I actually felt helpless to resolve the situation. I have been called out and since my time as a provider I have learned to manage my time and expectations better. I think that sometimes for a new or popular girl you try too hard to please everyone (and of course the dollars are a temptation) but then you hit this wall- you are confronted with unexpected personal obligations- or severe or even minor emergencies that envelope you around people that are clueless to your situation and you are unprepared for handling a last minute cancel- can't get some where private, or on a lot of cases the girl is non confrontational (as a lot of providers are) and is actually afraid of cancelling. It's the "head in the sand syndrome)- annoying as heck but a reality.

In my years of providing I have probably experienced all of the above. All any provider can so is learn from their mistakes- try to make it ip to the ones they have disappointed and try to do better in the future.

I would like to say that as disappointed as any hobbyist can be at a NCNS: remember to err is human- to forgive Devine. This applies to first time debacles and providers that make an attempt to make the situation right.

I realize fully this post opens me up to my past mistakes and possible flames. I accept them- due to I have made mistakes and fully account for them, If only so a few gents will give pause in the future before lashing out at a girl before she has time to apologize and make right her mistake- and cause another emotional, fuel enhanced train wreck on our lovely board.

I can understand pics that are 12 months old, it costs money to hire a professional photographer, but really. I see pics all the time that are 4-5 years old, if not older.

how about when someone posts an ISO with an alias or a newbie who doesn't have a clue.
Then I laugh when people reply.

1) Guys that use reviews to punish a provider for no good reason.  These are some guys that think hobbying is dating [too many guys have this mentality].  When the provider turns down their romantic advances, the moron decides to pay them back with a crappy review.  All you are doing is showing us how much of a douche bag you really are.

2) The no rates on an ad or website also drives me nuts.  If you value your time ladies, please post the rates.  Otherwise, you'll be getting a lot of unnecessary phone calls and e-mails.

3) White Knights defending a lady, even though she was clearly in the wrong.  You guys are fucking pathetic!  If a lady is being attacked for no good reason, that is different.  But, if a lady ripped off someone or constantly NCNS, you shouldn't condone that type of behavior.

Exactly to the point about ladies who keep going into retirement. But what really frosts me more is the "Farewell Tour" that lasts  nearly a year!! Good Grief!! Leave already and spare us the drama

How about learning to review correctly, performance rule are laid out!  Appearance?  Megan Fox is really hot, maybe a 10.  So to give a 10 she needs to be perfection, blurry face pics and dudes giving 10's for anything but very hot women screws everyone else.  Like the milf comment, unfortunately there are not categories.  Demi Moore is hot, as hot as Megan fox? No So what's a 10?

This point also ' grinds my gears"!!!! I remember a well reviewed lady was "retiring" out of town for she was not getting the business in Chicago!!! In her "farewell" post  she chastised us for going after hot, out of town, providers & not sticking to home grown providers!!! Well , It couldn't have been more than a month later &  she was back!!! I called her out on it & was raked over the coals by WK's!!!

The deals that are made for the "great" reviews.  C'mon guys...  We can tell 9 out of 10 times what just happened and not ONLY are you lying in the review your ALSO lying to your fellow hobbyist.  I know, because if I have been approached (many times from new providers) to make such deals (refused).  I know others (many of them) have been approached as well (and taken the deals).  It's not like they stopped with me.

Girls, if you have an ad for us to call you, please clear your voice mail.  There is nothing more irritating when we're trying to contact you to set up a date and your voice mail is FULL (for DAYS).  Now as a hobbyist you have now put us into that uncomfortable mode of "do I keep trying to call you because i can't leave a message and end up looking like an stalking asshole"? Oh and naturally when that would happen, we would be blamed/accused for that.

When all we're doing is answering YOUR ad...

I know everyone's tastes are different, I certainly have some very specific ones, but the score inflation on looks, particularly on some older providers calls into question the value of the metric.

I get pissed when guys say they've seen this girl or that girl but they haven't written a review. ESPECIALLY if the girl has no reviews, do us a favor and write one so we're not left in the dark. It takes 10 minutes max.

Also, guys that write reviews but won't go into detail becasue they say the details are personal. Fuck off. It's personal with your SO, not a provider. Help each other out or go away.

I debated saying this, but since it happened recently, I feel I should...

Providers who set up appointments during that special time of the month without any mention of such.  Just plain wrong man.  Seriously.  Some guys may be into that, and if it is out in the open, great, have at it.  I had a very recent experience with a very highly reviewed provider, who is an absolute wonderful GFE and terrific woman, but this really put a HUGE damper on the evening, and limited things extensively.  And it was a 2 hour $900 appointment in which this issue was attempted to be hidden...Seriously? Do you think we can't tell?  Come on.  I don't want to damage this woman's stellar reputation by putting this in a review, because by all other metrics, the evening was fabulous.  And maybe, it came on unexpectedly...benefit of the doubt will be given here, but hopefully she knows she was wrong.

My second issue is myself.  I have been horrible at putting reviews up, so I plan on getting caught up this weekend.  I have not served the community well, and have some very good reviews to add from my travels.  I humbly apologize and will remedy.

Guys that respond on the board to a provider's posts or photos saying how hot she looks and that he's gotta see that provider soon. Then the guy writes this about the same provider 3-4 times a year but never actually sees her. Don't make yourself look foolish. Go see her or stop writing how hot she is and how bad you want to see her.

Also...voice mail boxes that are continually full. This probably applies much more to lower priced, BP type girls.

This is the first time writing in but I always enjoyed CTP's reviews and input. I've meet Independent ladies and agencies where they ask you to text after initial call, then after the appointment, they send you update texts or calls!?!?! This after you specifically ask them not to! Don't they realize that now, every time I hear a text on my phone, I'm worried about other people reading them? Keeps me too much on the edge!

4)  Are too vague / misleading on services offered

1)  The font used in the reviews is too small for my ageing vision.  Particularly long reviews are almost impossible for me to read.
2)  The hundreds of cookie cutter reviews for the AMP's.  I bet most are made up for free membership.

Sometimes people complain about other people and situations without knowing the whole story, or even part of the story. Especially whiners that hide behind extra, temp aliases.

I also hate butt plugs in any color other that flesh or black. Who puts anything fluorescent up their asshole? Gimme a break.

The last time I checked this was supposed to be fun.  Can't be much fun if you're getting all worked up about it.  I swore to myself that 2011 was going to be the year with much less drama in all aspects of my life.  Feels pretty good so far.  Give it a try.

I'm still in my twenties and it irks me when I go see a lady that says she's 22-23, and when I start talking to her she admits that she's in her late-mid-twenties like I am. Is there really a need to take 3-4 years off of age? I, for one, can tell.

I've know a stripper for years who is literally two months younger than I am but states she's 22.  I believe it works to your detriment. Sometimes I feel like someone my age, sometimes I feel like someone younger. However, sometimes I feel like someone older. However, if I'm looking for a hot 30-35 'older' woman I don't want to end up with someone outside my comfort zone as well. Therefore, I generally don't go for it. If I didn't feel shaving 'just a couple' years was as prolific as I've seen I would dabble there.

I hate when someone thinks they got it all figured out and they waltz into a discussion like they are the even-handed, cool-headed chosen one.  A self-help referee on Valium.

Your 10 could be another guys 8 and vice versa. That's why paying for the juicy details and reading the majority of a girls reviews helps almost as much as a pic can some time.

It drives me nuts when travelling ladies want to be vague about which part of town they are in until the last minute.  I know every hotel in Chicago says they are 10 minutes from the loop, but most of the time that's only true in 3 am traffic.  No, you don't want to tell me the hotel until I have been screened, but there is a big difference between in the time it takes me to get to Oakbrook, O'Hare, Schaumburg or downtown.  Hell, there's even a difference between staying on the Gold Coast where I can find a meter for a couple of hours and staying in the heart of the loop where it's $30 for a parking garage.

The police will not carpet every hotel in town waiting to arrest you if you say "I will be in the Oakbrook/Lombard area"

I work on commission so I understand that your time is money just like mine is, work with me and I'll work with you.

Please don't advertise that you are in visiting Chicago when in reality you are in Schamburg.  Girls from out of town, let me tell you that there is a difference...  Conservatively, at least an hour.

I've worked with people who like to argue - what a miserable way to make a living...

1. Clients that arrive more than 5 min early and expect to be seen immediately.
2. When pointed to the washroom to freshen up, clients that say "no I think I'm ok". No you are not! Are you telling me you aren't even going to wash your hands before touching me? I don't think so. Then I have to go into my "speech" which I was taught by another great (retired) provider: the cleaner you are, the more GFE I am!

I would have agreed with you 5 years ago when TER was a different place ... Here are a few of the reasons why I stopped actively writing reviews:

(1) Reviews and ratings are "scored" based on required acts.  It seems totally unfair if I meet someone who blows me away, but decide on my own just to do missionary and nothing else, that she can't get a top review (for example).

(2) Reviews are rejected without explanation oftentimes (discussed many times previously).  I put time and effort into a review, and it just dies.

(3) Giving anything less than an 8 is considered a rejection/bad review.  This doesn't leave enough room in my book for differentiation - there are plenty of providers I would have scored 6-7 who I have seen repeatedly.  The solution would be to norm the ratings but instead grade inflation makes the numerical ratings almost meaningless except in a binary "good" or "bad" way.

(4) Too many good ladies I have known have been "kicked off" TER for reasons that seem pretty sketchy.

Guys who write reviews like they just got laid and are happy as a clam no matter how good or average the experience.  This makes it soooo hard to get an idea of what a lady is really like.

It would be great if TER used a rating system that was actually normed (like chess ratings).  In the absence of that, maybe the average rating of each reviewer could be listed with each review (so a guy who always gives 8's and 9's it would be obvious that an 8 or a 9 is nothing special).

C'mon, I like pussy just as much as the next guy (probably more), but give some differentiation please!

At the very least, if you must give an 8 or a 9 to everyone you see who doesn't make you puke, then at least provide a good, honest description of the lady, her personality, and her talents (or lack thereof) in your review text!

This doesn't need to be  mean either.  For example, instead of saying "her boobs sag" you could try: "I love to suck on her nipples.  The boobs may sag a little, but those nipples are responsive!"  See, nice review but critical info is added.  

This goes double for those issues of personal taste that should not affect the rating.  For example, if you don't like tattoos (ChiTownPimp's example), then don't kill the rating if the lady was otherwise (truly) an 8!!?  Just mention in the review: "She had a killer body, and a tasteful tattoo right over her pussy.  Now, I don't love tattoos but I forgot all about that once the fun began ..."

Okay, enough complaining for the day.
