No less than 7 months ago, I messaged the moderators offering evidence of a fake profile.

 
My evidence was that this particular provider had an unusually high number of 9s and 10s in their reviews (the occasional 8).  And, the individuals offering the reviews themselves only had a handful of reviews, all of which were also 9s and 10s.  And, all of the providers that they had reviewed had the same group of reviewers.  

 
Today, I received a message that the provider had been flagged.

 
Moral:  If you smell a rat, help the community and bring it up.  

 
Yes, there is the chance that no action will be taken.  But, as in this case, it can make a difference.  Here is one more scammer that won't claim another victim (using this particular profile of course - I'm sure they have many others).
