What is with the ads that say 100% ME OR IT'S A 100% FREE ?? If it's not you then I don't want any!! Free or not. Whoever thought of and /or believes this is well.....

I was wondering who else read that in ads and thought that way also.

They are counting on your being so horny when you get there that you will go ahead with the appointment and pay her.   How many reviews have you read where the guy has said the woman he saw was not the lady he wanted to see and he should have left?

Or, perhaps, its a new lady with no reviews trying to build some credibility.  

I would personally be leery about the "its free part."  Who knows.  She may have a "friend" who collects her money for her if the guy does not pay.
