OK - You call a provider that advertises "True GFE", and the appointment begins but the kissing is lacking (assume you have good oral hygiene), then no oral on the first appointment, and no cuddling afterwards.  My understanding is GFE is what you would want to experience with your girlfriend.  Its an enhanced provider service.

So - Any recommendations on any really TRUE GFE providers?

The 4 ladies I reviewed are real GFE's I dont write many reviews but some other GFE's I Lust to see again are Sage,Cali from florida, a new girl by the name of Veronica on BP german Italian out call only,Jennifer in Schaumburg I have not met but hope to shortly, Lily from Cover girls dont call downtown ladies, Lexi of Chicago she is in Schaumburg, Amber of chicago. there are just to many great ladies in this area and I did not list them by preference they all want you to be happy and I doubt that any one only sees these ladies once

Ducky is right! You have to read the reviews to find out what a lady likes and dislikes, what she does and doesn't do.

To his list, I'd add Sinful Sinthia and Amanda Erotica. Of course, there are many other true GFE providers in our area, but I and others think they're standouts.

Any of the ladies will provide what you are looking for.  Cameron is usually in the west burbs every day except Sunday.  Stetson is in the Ohare or North suburbs, Marrie works only MWF now and is in Schaumburg tomorrow but her locations vary weekly and even Daily, Abbie is in Schaumburg today!  Ava is due back next week if you can wait and Kendra will be back in mid-September.  That leaves you many options with MTA and there are literally hundreds if not thousands of more options in the Chicago area alone!

This has always been a problem. The term "GFE" was originally given out by hobbyists to providers, who did certain things during appts in the session reviews. Those things included DFK,BBBJ,DATY & MSOG. Things like anal & CIM were always more "PSE" and not GFE. Things like "cuddling" were thrown in as additional items in provider's descriptions of GFE in their ads, and on their websites, but that wasn't part of the original description.

Those original GFE designations were, once again, awarded by hobbyists not providers. It was a way that WE could distinguish the best from the rest. Providers should not use the term "ultimate GFE" in their ads either, as that denotes BBFS, and always has.

The GFE definition has become unclear over the years due to providers who do not want to deliver those services, but who also know that the GFE designation means more business. Reading reviews here, along with the juicy details, is so important because of that. If a provider says she is GFE and then does not provide all GFE services, it should be noted in the review, so others can avoid non-GFE providers if they care to. "True GFE" is another invention by providers to confuse even more. GFE is GFE. Either they provide DFK,BBBJ,DATY & MSOG or they don't.

YMMV is always a factor, but should only be so because of hobbyist hygiene. The GFE designation only applies if the services are offered during each appt. There is no latitude on that, as it would be unfair to the best providers who do offer the proper services regularly. White knights may see things differently, but they don't speak for themselves. They prefer to shill.

All reviewers should just write "GFE" or "non-GFE" at the end of every review that they write. That would stop the confusion in a hurry.
