Just curiosity. Have you ever had someone make an appointment with you and it was someone you already know from outside the biz? Or had someone make an appointment, then when they show up you recognize them from somewhere else or know them? If so, what was your reaction?

When I lived in another state a friend of mine used to do foot fetish stuff and mild domination to pay for school. Anyway, someone made an appointment with her, she didn't see a photo and he gave a fake name and he had a hobby phone. He was driving in from a town about 30 minutes away. When he was walking up to the house she realized the guy was her cousin's husband. Her parents had no idea what she was doing, were super religious and would have hit the ceiling if the found out. Her roommate gave him an excuse and got him to leave. Needless to say, she got a lot better at checking people beforehand LOL.

was her 1st boyfriend from high school.  Small world!  He also said he was wonderful and yummy, I kinda got the impression she had wished he had been her 1st...   Hot hearing about it

but along the same lines of "it's a small world" - I dated a provider for a while and we were at a restaurant for lunch one day when I ran into a client of mine, who turned out to also be a client of hers.  Awkward!  LOL.

I had a good idea that when I verified him he was someone that I had used his services in the past.  Meeting him didn't bother me, I felt comfortable therefore I booked the appointment with him.  When he entered my incall he didn't recognize me at first but after a few seconds he did.  When I met him initially (used his services) I lookeda lot different than I did the day he came to my incall.  He continued to see me for years.

It all turned out fine!

Usually the reaction is shear horror and embarrassment. Did you see the post on the GD board about the guy who's daughter showed up for the appt? AHHHHHH!!!!

I've never run into anyone from my civvie life in this hobby but I've thought about the possibility and how I'd react. Duck and run baby, LOL!

That actually sounds pretty hot!
