I disagree with you Axxel.  Some fetishes require additional expenses.  Candle wax, Latex, stockings and toys, things that I am sure You would prefer to have brand new instead of previously used? or am I being presumptuous?

There are many reasons why most providers charge extra for services and, its usually not because they don't enjoy them. Very rarely is that the case.... most providers I know work like my HVAC guy... everything is charged differently, but they'll do anything you want.. they don't mind.

The main reason why a provider charges what they charge including extras for fetishes is because people will pay.
