She is legit, and I agree she does look like Lindsay Lohan in her better pics. The funny thing is the other girl in her ads, she's claiming is her sister. Except for the fact that Erin has white as a ghost skin, and the other girl is clearly black. Huh?! Other one is tatted and pierced to the sky--big turnoff for me personally. Erin previously was on BP with a different girl named Bambi who was a total knockout. Don't know what caused the "trade". I'd take one for the team with Erin if Bambi was in the mix, but not so much with her "sister".
