Does any know if ECE agency is still around. No more on Room Service??

I was keeping an eye out last week after the post here referring to an arrest of the owner as mentioned on another board.  Haven't heard anything concrete anywhere although at one point, all the models were removed from the site.  Most of the models are back on the site now but all that weirdness from last week with no explanations at all have me sitting on the sidelines watching.
