Jazz, slow R&B, ambient, & dance music are just some of the genres I've overheard during sessions.  I prefer dance music since the ladies I usually see are also in that.  The fast pace of the music is great for PSE type of sessions.

I've been thinking more and more about how to best set a comfortable scene, and the role music plays in establishing a mood.

Always good to have some really sexy music to enhance the scene -

1. Sade - she never goes out of style
2. Radiohead and N.I.N. has some songs for the passionate/transic moments
3. I have not heard too much of Adele's new song Skyfall - but sounds promising!
4. Marvin Gaye is still the man, but can be overplayed.

Can't believe I don't have a playlist(s) for this already -  good call, Margo!

Also,

Get a good system - turn up the base a little, turn down the treble a little, have a few drinks, and a wild sexy time!

I think music can change from person to person or what type of mood you're in.  Somedays I could go for country, hair metal, or even some old school hip hop.  But then again, busting out some spinning lights, flashing strobe lights and cranking some freaky dance club type music could be pretty wild too!!  

All depends on the individuals.  I'd suggest setting up a few play list of different genre's to choose from when you don't know what type of mood it is.....then pick the one that comes to mind at the moment.

I love to play either  Pretty Lights or Tango Jointz.

Have to agree trance or house music for PSE. The all time classic for me is ISLEY BROTHERS - BETWEEN THE SHEETS.

Maybe I'm too old for your picks but if they get you in the mood I could live with them. There are so many different tastes out there it's very hard to please everyone.

See what you think about this line of mood music. Having different play lists available that you both can appreciate would be ideal it seems.
